Returns & Exchanges

At FANGORIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your horror-inspired fashion; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging and include the printed packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
